This realization prompted a group of individuals with strong domain expertise and experience to rethink the entire Training and Development space.

Their vision was to create a place where job seekers could access reliable and insightful information and find a path to their dream careers. They envisioned a platform that would offer a wide range of resources, including one-to-one training sessions and group trainings conducted by domain experts, interview placement preparation with experts, recorded study material sessions, and the option to engage with experts for guidance whenever needed.
